In response to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing startup like Stanza Living, our mission was to redefine their workplace, harmonising it with their evolving business, client base, and brand identity. We aimed to create an environment that not only reflected their journey but also fostered organisational culture and a profound sense of belonging among employees. Our solution centred around creating a workspace that functioned as a thriving community, seamlessly weaving the essence of Stanza Living into its office interior design.

Vertical Campus Design: The heart of our design was a vertical campus layout that encouraged connectivity within the workspace. This design not only facilitated collaboration but also symbolised the upward journey of the company.

Incorporating Brand Elements: To reinforce the connection between the workspace and Stanza Living's identity, we integrated elements from their property experience into the office design. This allowed employees and external stakeholders to experience the essence of #LifeAtStanza within the workspace.

Fostering Belonging: In a modern startup environment, it's crucial for employees to feel like an integral part of the company's growth. To achieve this, we installed a running ticker displaying real-time milestone achievements in a central area for maximum visibility. This helped employees understand their role in the company's development.

Creating a Community Hub: To infuse life into the workplace of this youthful brand, we introduced a central work cafe within the floorplate. This cafe served as a micro-level community space, promoting interaction and a sense of togetherness among employees.

Space Matrix has not only met but exceeded the challenge set by Stanza Living.
