Along with our Global Partners, IA Interior Architects, we employed a data-driven design thinking approach, delving into an extensive exploration of the Company's work modes, brand identity, and vision. This thorough research informed the development of comprehensive global design standards encompassing various critical aspects such as strategy, sustainability, and experiential graphic design.

At the heart of the new design standard was a bold and elegant black-and-white binary palette, symbolising Yext's evolution from a startup to an authoritative industry leader, evoking a sense of confidence and trust and aligning with Yext's commitment to delivering perfect answers everywhere. By harmonising these contrasting colours, the design creates a visually striking and timeless aesthetic that represents Yext's brand identity.

The key to success lay in striking a balance between adhering to the design standards and injecting creativity into each workspace. Rather than adopting a cookie-cutter approach, our design experts focused on infusing uniqueness and vitality into each workspace while adhering to the established brand guidelines.
