Ceridian, a global human management company, approached us with the challenge of elevating their brand through their new workplace.

The company's vision was to create a space that embodied its forward-thinking mentality, flexibility, and functionality, fostering constructive dialogue among employees from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the space needed to consolidate their scattered offices and functions, providing a cohesive and inspiring environment.

To meet Ceridian's objectives, we devised a comprehensive design strategy centered around the themes of convergence, contrast, creativity, energy, and versatility.

Our design aimed to create a bright, airy, and vibrant environment, while also incorporating features that promote employee wellness. From the reception area to the break zone, open office spaces, and lounge, we implemented a cohesive design language that tied back to Ceridian's brand identity. A prominent blue ceiling served as a visual connection throughout the key areas, reinforcing the brand's presence and values.

In line with the company's desire for a warm and welcoming experience, we utilized natural materials such as wood tones, pops of green and blue, and concrete to bring elements of the outdoors inside, fostering a sense of support and connection with nature. By incorporating these design elements, we succeeded in creating a fresh and innovative representation of Ceridian's brand and its growth.

The new office space not only reflects the company's values but also fosters a sense of community and collaboration among employees. The carefully crafted design elements, including the blue ceiling and natural materials, have created a lasting impact on employees and visitors alike, leaving a memorable impression of Ceridian's brand.
